Bill Selby started out in Real Estate as a Property Manager for a small firm in Charlotte.  He helped start the self-storage management program in the firm and managed several within a few years.  He also managed residential and commercial properties.  Bill became the Real Estate Personal Trust Manager for Wells Fargo Bank (formerly Wachovia Bank) in Charlotte and the bank's Southern Region for 10 years..  This experience has helped to give Bill the knowledge to help him  in dealing with the sale of vacant land, timberland,  homes, duplexes, office buildings, retail space, warehouses and  industrial properties.
